Once stirred, clean the mixing stick against the flat integrated cleaning edge. The additional area created by the extended spout simplifies the entire preparation process and keeps it mess-free.
Pro tip: Extend the spout to create a stir guard when the can is full and retract it to stir paint when the can has been emptied.

Pro tip: To ensure mess-free pouring, tip can up slowly when pour is complete to allow excess paint to drip from spout and prevent fowling the rim of the Paint Can Hero.

Paint Storage:
Retract the spout into the can and reinstall the original paint can lid when painting is complete without any cleanup required. Paint Can Hero maintains the airtight seal keeping the paint fresh and wet in the can as well as on the spout which is stored safely inside. It can remain here until you're ready to use it again. Once your job is finished, remove the Paint Can Hero and wash it so that it can be used in your next can. For the easiest cleanup, wash immediately after removing from the can while paint is still wet.
